The Challenge sells cheap airline tickets and is the fastest growing IT startup in central Europe. Using unique flight combinations, users can always find the cheapest ticket to anywhere in the world. Our challenge was to create a model that would reflect the philosophy: Travel is fun, so why can’t buying tickets be fun too?
Our Solution
We created a gamification model with the objective of attracting brand loyalty to naturally and in fun way. Every time users buy airline tickets, they earn miles they can exchange for a discount on their next ticket purchase for travel on any airline. Users also add new badges to their collection album from the destinations they have visited and increase product awareness through virality.
